The Adam Peterson Agency is awesome. Each of their staff know us on a first name basis and they always are quick to help us with any issue or question. The actually pick up the phone on the first ring. Who does that these days? Their personalized and hands on policy of customer service is so refreshing in a climate of automated answering systems that require pressing too many buttons just to get to speak with a human.
