"I feel so grateful to have done business today with State Farm! My morning started off a bit hectic, calling different places for quotes needing car insurance. I really was about to give up for the day when I received a phone call from a woman name Harriett-from State Farm. She was very polite and patient with me. At one point we had to disconnect & then I called her back (I wasn’t as prepared as I should have been). She was so kind, consider and knowledgeable about the services they offer. She was able to give me a quote that was FINALLY affordable and in my budget. This was exactly the news that I needed! She directed me to the nearest agency, with directions and everything. She also texted me to let me know who to ask for when I got there! I wasn’t greeted with coffee and very kind woman working the desk; her name was Kelsey. Frank was my agent, he was kind, articulate and easy to talk too. I think both the people who helped me were AMAZING! Highly recommend!"

"At first, I was super happy with everything about this agency. But after two months of coverage without me getting into any driving incidents or missing any payments, they called to say that their system had had a glitch when generating my policy and that they would be canceling my policy unless I agreed to pay 41% more than I had signed the 6 month policy for. I'm really hoping that I was an outlier case, but it really felt like your average bait and switch scam where they lore you in with a good deal and then once you are looked in, they switch the deal out on you."
